How do I Book a Beyond Parties party? Parties are booked on a first come first serve basis. We will pick a time that best suit's your needs and I will send you a comfirmation letter and packet. At that time a $50 deposit is required to hold you party booking.
How does the host your own party work? You rent a theme party. Invites and Thank yous. Keepsakes and crafts. There is a $50 deposit 2weeks before the party. Refundable when items are returned undamaged. (Free pick up and delivery)
What form of payment do you accept? Checks, cash, visa, master card, dicovery, and money order
What happens if I cancel the party? In the event if you have to cancel, I will arrange for another date. Please try to allow a week to two week notice. Due to the nature of my business the $50 deposit is NONREFUNDABLE.
What if I have less than 8 children? The price is based on a size of 8 children. If less than 8 children attent, you still pay the the group rate.
What should the girls wear? No one gets UNDRESSED. For best results the children can wear leotards. This is not mandatory, our costumes are designed to go over the childrens clothes.
What time should the birthday guest arrive? No earlier than 10 minutes before the party.
How early should I contact you with the RSVP count? We need to know no later than a week before the party, we will schedule a phone time to talk.
Can Parents and siblings stay for the party? This is an event with lots of movement, make-up and dress up, photo taking. If you have the room we have no problem for an audience. Parents are welcome to join later for the red carpet walks.(some parties) Siblings can stay as long as they are supervised.
Do you do make-up? Yes!!! Please remember the girls want to look very outstanding and cute. The make-up is done with light colors with a child look!
Can I serve my own food? Yes! But we do have great theme foods and kids love them too!
Can boys attend a girl themed party? Yes, just let us know how many and we plan on bringing boy costumes for that party.
