Beyond Parties Policies Deposits and Payments: A $50 deposit is due at the time you reserve your date. The rest of the payment amount is due the day of the party. We accept money orders, cash, and personal checks. We also except payment via paypal. Returned Checks: all returned checks will be charged a $25 amount. Cancellation and Refunds: If you cancel the party for any reason, the following applies; Due to the nature of our business we our nonrefundable. The $50 deposit is kept. We will work with you to reschedule another date. Minimum Attendance: You are allowed 8 children offered at this time. If less then 8 children you are still required the same amount of payment. Eight goody bags included. Maximum Attendance: You can have up to 20 children. Please allow a weeks notice or sooner on the amount of children. Please remember the final count 5 days before is the amount you will pay the day of the party. If a child does not show up you are still required to pay that amount. You can keep the goody bag for that child. Liability for Damage: The Rental Pacs includes all party needs for your individal party all wrapped up in a party bundle. A $50 deposit is required and will be returned to you once the items are returned in its original conditions. Arriving and Departure Times: We suggest that the guest arrive no more then 10 minutes before the party. We will arrive 45 minutes before the party time to assure set up. And allow 30 minutes for take down time. Gratuity and Tipping: A gratuity or tip is not figured into the cost of party. A typical tip is 15-20 % of the entire price of the party. Beyond Parties: is a registered business and may not be used for any reason without written consent. Beyond Parties: and it’s employees assume no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages.
